「We stayed three nights in mid-August 2025 to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. I am not sure which was better, the hotel staff or the property. Both were superb! The breakfasts were excellent. So too was the on-site pizza restaurant. 」

「If I could give this property 10 stars I would! Everything at this property is fantastic. The rooms are well appointed and modern. The staff is so helpful and bend over backwards to accommodate. The location of this property is convenient to the bus station and the ferry. Plus eating establishments on Front Street.」

「It’s perfectly located easy access to beach in a shuttle. Could do more frequent shuttles in a busy season though. Culinary experience is amazing. Gold lounge staff is superb and very caring and friendly George Molly and Pasqual 」

「Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design. Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)」
