「Struttura consigliata con camera pulita e molto ampia. Bel panorama con vista su lago e montagne. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema che è stato gestito celermente e nel migliore dei modi. Personale gentile, educato e molto disponibile.」

「Wir haben 6 tolle, erholsame Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank möchten wir an Michelle (Step1/Step2 😉) und das restliche Team im Restaurant aussprechen, die uns jeden Abend bedient haben. Bezüglich einer Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit, konnte uns schnell eine Alternative angeboten werden. Hier auch ein großes Lob an den Koch, den das Essen war immer sehr gut. 「Es solten zwei Stühle da sein und eine Information für den Fernseher. Die Reservierung hat kein Code enthalten es war mühsam da niemand Deutsch spricht.」

「Das Hotel hat eine Traumaussicht, sehr freundliches Personal und eine gute Küche. Schade war einzig, dass fast alle Fitnessgeräte ausser Betrieb waren.」

「"Dependance" dell Angelo has two buildings. One is hotel the other is so called Dependance. The hotel and its restaurant are good. However, the Dependance building is just like a house. No elevator. You need to share bathroom/restroom with the others just like hostel. Also, no air conditioner.」

「We arrived late at night and had not received entry instructions from Expedia, but the property has staff on call. Despite being 11pm they answered our call and walked us through. The staff is truly attentive and ready to provide great service. The room is small and very basic but very clean and we knew what we were booking. Also to note ... it is an old building and whoever renovate it did an amazing job at keeping the old original architectural elements. Truly BRAVO! Great price for the room....

「It was up a mountain and so quite! The owner is a very friendly man and is eager to accomodate your wishes. Very good and friendly communication and reception. Although the room and chalet are authentic, the bed slept fine. And if you want a massage there! He is a licenced massage therapist! So relaxed! Can recommend!」

「Wir haben mal was Neues ausprobiert und waren absolut positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modernes Badezimmer und super bequeme Betten. Es gibt vor den Zimmern einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kühlschrank etc. Die Bushaltestelle (für den Bus nach Ascona) ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Daher sind die 7Rooms super gelegen. 」

「Die Zimmer sind recht gross, Badezimmer auch. Schrank für Kleider eher minimal und wenig. Frühstück hat uns gepasst, war alles vorhanden. Sehr feines Brot. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch fein. Lage an der Haupstrasse, dafür zentral gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ganze Hotel war sauber. Wir werden gerne dieses Hotel wieder buchen.」
