「I spent a week here and I very satisfied with every things! Room is very clean and spacious and all the staffs are very hospitalized! We love this resort very much, hope we could come back soon. 」

「Top Service! Top Management! Selten so freundliches Personal in Ägypten angetroffen! Fitness Studio sehr gut ausgestattet, Strand sehr gepflegt. Zimmer angemssen. Ich werde wieder kommen! 」

「Some of the staff were extremely impolite and rude, when they wanted you to spend money they seemed to be much more friendly, will not be staying again. Hotel overall is good but some of the staff ( reception members make the place a lot less friendly than it should be) 」

「The service was disappointing, and we often felt unattended. Staff were generally unhelpful, rarely smiled and came across as quite blunt. Customer service needs significant improvement, with staff making guests feel more welcome and prioritising their needs. The facilities are extremely poor, with very little to do to keep guests entertained. There is a lot of unused space that could be put to better use, and the surrounding construction work makes the views particularly disappointing....
