「The room was nice clean and spacious, you can see the luxury as soon as you enter, the staff were very helpful and friendly, pools were big but I complaint is that the biggest one wasn’t heated, beach was right next to the hotel making it a plus but overall I’ve really enjoyed the experience 」

But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest」
