「Wir waren mitte Oktober da. Im Pool und Strandbereich war schon alles geschlossen. Der Pool war zwar gefüllt, das Wasser aber nicht mehr gewartet. Auch alle Liegestühle waren verräumt. Beim Frühstück wurden die Kaffeeflecken am Boden mit dem gleichen Lappen geputzt wie direkt danach der Tisch. Zimmer und Aussenbarbereich ist schön. 」

「Das Frühstück ist definitiv ausbaufähig. Es gab nur Putenbrust oder Salami oder Käse.Es wurde auf Wunsch Rührei oder Spiegelei frisch zubereitet. Es gab auch Obst, Tomaten, Gurken und Datteln. Cornflakes, Müsli und Joghurt waren auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer war riesig. Wir hatten mit 3 Personen mehr als genug Platz. Leider konnte man den Innenpool nicht nutzen, da man die Nutzung zahlen sollte, OBWOHL davon NICHTS in der Hotelbeschreibung steht. Ich erwarte dann das man das in die...

「We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights. The reception is rude and not even understand...

「Great little boutique hotel with a welcome staff, beautifully, clean rooms, vaulted ceilings, and right on the edge of all the action in Palermo. Beautifully landscaped around the perimeter of the hotel with a nice inviting Hot Tub and A sunning and swimming area as well. And a top notch breakfast spread every morning was a welcome site.」

「The staff, especially Sylvia, Sabrina and Salvo, was extremely helpful, and always cheerful! The breakfast experience is worthy of a 5-star hotel. The facade of the hotel seems like a warehouse but once you’re in the property it’s like a friendly village. The area in which the hotel is located, Kalsa, is in the process of gentrifying, with trendy restaurants and clubs. Also the hotel is near the beach. Highly recommended.」

「This hotel is fine, but it is not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. The rooms are really run down and dirty, smelled like mildew and there were ants all over the floor. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the AC and fridge barely worked. The property itself is nice and the hotel is on the water which is always a perk, but this felt much more like a dingy motel then it did a 4 star resort. We stayed here to be close to a wedding venue which made it worth the stay but there's no other reason to...
