「The staff were amazing. I felt like I was a guest at my families house. Everything we needed was made so easy. The hotel has a driver they use for their tuk-tuk rides so you do not have to pay an excessive amount. The drive is friendly and always made us feel safe being in a new place. We had gotten couple massages, which were relaxing and much needed after our hike. The hotel even helped us with transportation back to Guatemala City. Everyone we encountered was kind and welcoming.
