The amenities are great with some weird kinks. For example - the light switch for the bathrooms is behind the door on the outside of the bathroom so if you open the door you can't effectively reach for the light. Sofia Balkan Palace
Great hotel, very well located, especially to the metro (90 seconds walk) - the only thing that let us (and overheard others), the hot food at the buffet breakfast was consistently not hot, they need to work on that. Other breakfast items were perfect, fruits, pastries etc.
