"Lovely little family run hotel. Very close to Boyana Church. There are a few parking places in the rear. No AC so be prepared if going in the summer. Quiet location. Helpful owner gave us directions to nearby restaurants."

Front desk service need improve
"I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
