「Breakfast was extraordinary!」

「Carpet in room was sticky, room was warm and AC was not cooling. Pillows were great and soft. Great location, MacArthur Mall closed weekend before we arrived... Having to pay for parking, not so great.」

「The staff was super helpful and kind and super accommodating! I forgot their name but the man that assisted me on 7/3 at 12 midnight you were the kickoff to a wonderful and memorable family vacation!」

「Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.」
