Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort & Spa

"I have been visiting Leavenworth for over 20 years, and I will only stay at the Sleeping Lady Resort from here on out. The property was very well maintained and gave an isolated feel, despite it being so close to town. We brought 2 dogs and they were very welcoming to our pups. I was also blown away by how clean everything was! No dust on the floor trim, no cobwebs or dirt in the corners of the rooms, bathrooms, or in the common areas. We also felt very safe as it is well lit at night when we walked the dogs in the middle of the night. It is tucked away so nicely in the mountains that it felt like the perfect getaway. The only thing I didn't like was the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner they provided. Can't wait to go back again!"

"the place was clean and affordable, we were a family of 5 taking a room 2 beds + 1 sofa bed with a balcony. It was big enough to stay for a night and have a delicious breakfast. We will come back again to this hotel."

"It was a very nice stay even though Leavenworth was smokey. The only issues, was the pool. The Chlorine smell was SO strong it burned our eyes, and my skin started to hurt. We brought it to the attention of the front desk, so hoefully they reconciled it. There was another couple, who got out and left for the same reason. I think they need to speak to whomever does their pool maintenance, that they must check pH levels after servicing, to make sure it's a standard pH. We could barely stay in there, it was that bad, and part of why we picked this hotel was the pool. This was our third stay. I am hoping this gets fixed, or we may try somewhere else next time, because my kids go on vacation for the pool at the hotel outside of our normal destination."

"The hotel was fine. My only complaint is regarding checkout. Checkout is at 11am. We headed across the street around 10am and took most of our belongings (but not all) to our car at that time. I put the “privacy please” sign on the door. We came back at 10:30 to freshen up, only to find two members of housekeeping in our room cleaning. Why? I paid until 11am, hadn’t checked out, and put a sign on the door. I mentioned it to the front desk and while he expressed surprise, there was no apology."

"Beautiful and charming. We really enjoyed our stay here, breakfast was delicious, snacks were appreciated. We recommend it for those wanting some quiter time but still close enough to experience Leavenworth. Our only feedback is that it would have been a bonus to have some bikes provided. We saw other hotels have bikes for guest usage, and those hotels were much closer to the center. The property is walkable to town, but the walk can get tiring if you are going out for the day then going out again for dinner. Lovely property in a peaceful environment , with spacious rooms."

"My husband and I had a great experience for our one-night getaway. We were in room 11 and I highly recommended requesting this one. It is huge! Had a nice whirlpool jacuzzi and two separate bathrooms. Bed was a little stiff and the room in general could use some updating, but overall it was an excellent experience."
