This was better than expected. We really enjoyed our stay here. We slept well and the tankless water heater kept up with all 3 showers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaraunt immediately next door was a great addition for breakfast and milkshake desserts. Would stay here again!

We stayed in room 7, right above the outdoor space, so we sat on our stoop and listened to the live music! It was perfect! The place itself was a whole vibe! Great coffee! Great staff! Comfy bed!

This was a great place to stay! The staff were awesome and very helpful. The bar and restaurant were great with outside music and a lively local crowd. There is a speciality coffee/ breakfast cafe as well. I would recommend this hotel when visiting Leavenworth. It’s close to town as various hiking trails.

I was pleasantly surprised by the property. It was charming and the room was very clean and larger than I expected. The bathroom was clean and updated. They provided earplugs (I think for the highway noise) but I never felt the need to use them. The restaurant that’s part of it was delicious and I loved their scones .. the owner’s wife does their baking and it adds to the charm. We played bingo at the bar and that was very entertaining as well! Don’t get me wrong., it’s not a 5 star hotel.. but for the location and the price it was great and I’d stay there again!

Bad first: Cleanliness of room had a lot to be desired. Blood stain on the comforter, floors super dusty with dog hair that kept sticking to my socks, the bathroom mirror hasnt been cleaned, and the shower curtain liner they used was not a liner and was abaorbing bacteria and smelled rotten every time you turned the water on. The fridge was filthy and had food in there from the last person. A/C didnt work properly. Good: The property itself was quaint, the beds were supremely comfortable. The food at the restaurant was really good and they had very fast service and online ordering with pickup. I would give them another chance, hopefully the cleanliness will improve in the future.

**Read Me** Be prepared to drive from the town of Leavenworth 40+ minutes (20+ miles) to get here. I didn’t and kicked myself later. The good: room was comfortable and I have no feedback, it was quiet and we slept well, the little restaurant attached is cute and the food is good, the staff was amazing-we loved the gal wearing many hats (desk attendant and waitresses)! The bad: parking upon arrival was a nightmare (6:30 pm) and I believe it’s because it’s the only bar for miles so a bunch of locals are taking in “the nightlife” because the next morning only 4 cars existed in the lot. I also wish they would have maintained a secondary door lock system AND white sheets are a hospitality standard so grey patterned sheets made me a bit nervous. The ugly: the shower curtain liner and bath mat were not clean and it gave me the heeby-geeby’s. If you book it, you won’t be disappointed but you’ve been forewarned about the minor negatives in advance.
