After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. 「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「I like it that it is at the back of Golden Corral.」

「The room was clean and very large. Bed was comfy and there were black out shades that were amazing. Balcony had a view of the ocean although there were several powerlines in that view. We still Conveniently located to Pleasure Pier. The only issues we had was that parking was scarce and they are stingy with the towels. We had 2 towels and 1 hand towel for our visit with no washcloths.」

「I believe the property was undergoing some renovations/updates. When we entered our room the floor was covered with construction debris/hardware. The breakfast was very disappointing. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly, engaging, informative, and efficient. I will give it a second chance in the future.」

「The hotel was on the beach and convenient to our travel plans and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel parking garage was too small for two vehicles to drive through at the same time; lot was full. There were two elevators for a 6-story hotel that were very delayed. So, many people were forced to take the stairs with luggage in hand. Just an ok experience.」
