Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. 「The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere.」

「We love our stay at Welkam. The room was nice and spacious, the style was a cozy mix of modern and old. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, and the included breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and sweet bread that hit the spot before leaving. Great value, overall!」

「Very clean and spacious rooms, and a great power shower. It was super quiet when I was there which I prefer it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It's very convenient if you want to visit the high Tatras mountains, and also Aquacity park is around the corner.」

「Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!」

Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto.
