Great location and very quiet! Communication with the admin team was effortless and prompt. The flat is light and airy and fully kitted out and clean. Will absolutely stay again!

Not an accurate listing. Good location and good communication in preparation for the trip, but the AC was coin operated (even though it was not mentioned on the listing). There were roaches. The thermostat didn’t work, and there was no privacy or shade from one of the bedrooms to the outside window. It was impossible to sleep with the light from either the sun during the day or the street lights at night. Comforters were stained. Once we had the problems, the communication became minimal/ineffective. I do not recommend this place.

Geräumige Wohnung, Zweite Etage im Altbau. Sehr gute Lage nicht weit von der Promenade. Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr gut.Kleinkariert fand Ich zusätzlichen Bezahlung für die Klimaanlage!? Zu dem Mietpreis finde ich es übertrieben.
