Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep.

I spent most of my time there sleeping but the food I did have was quite good if a little plain.

Great inn with really friendly and helpful owners. The food was top quality and the outdoor seating area for the pub is really nice.

If you are looking for an inexpensive, comfortable place to stay, this is a good choice. I was in the neighborhood (visiting Tattershall castle) and this suited very well. The proprietors were very nice, the breakfast was GREAT, the bed comfortable. The furnishings were kind of dated but I expected that from previous reviews. The one sour note was that the rooms are, after all, attached to a pub, and I was there on a Saturday night... so I was getting serenaded with someone else's "Happy...

Very nice location - in a wealthy enclave. Excellent footpath along a canal takes you most of the way into Lincoln (3-4 mile walk). Great pub, decent food. If you want up market restaurants, there are a few within a 5 minute walk in the neighboring area. Quite area, nice and clean.

Both Chris and Yolanda were so friendly and welcoming. Despite their packed schedule running both a pub and a b&b, they were always cheerful and kind. Parking was free and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The fruity shampoo and body shower gel were so fragrant. Breakfast was delicious! And Chris was kind enough to show us a few magic tricks during our breakfast time. It was simply magical. Wishing both Chris and Yolanda a relaxing and wonderful holiday vacation to US next year.

What a wonderful stay we had!! Thank you to Katelyn for your amazing and warm customer service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Her positive, friendly, kind, and encouraging personality made our family feel so welcome and cared for. And thank you to Felicity in the restaurant for being so kind and friendly to our family, especially our son Jeremiah! He thought you were the nicest lady he’s met! We appreciated getting to see you at breakfast and you made our morning so much...

Lovely property part of a lovely pub and restaurant. Breakfast was amazing, hot and tasty. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Had a great stay here. The highlight is the owners and staff who are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It seemed really quiet despite being over a pub. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in the area.

A diamond in the rough, quiet village with a hidden gem. Great staff with accessible dining and pub. Would recommend to anyone who wants an out of the way stay.

loved the look and location of this spot. kinda weird in a great way.
