"Had a great time at this property. The location was great, central to many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel itself had nice pool/spa/sauna and decor. Our room was great also, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for a great visit to Karlovy Vary!"

"Such a beautiful town and everything is walkable. The hotel restaurant was booked our first night for dinner, so the front desk helped us book another equally amazing restaurant for dinner. The spa/hot tubs were lovely, though we weren't able to schedule any services. Lunch at the main restaurant was a highlight **expensive but worth it! The room was well appointed with comfy bedding and pillows - plus a chocolate! And now I need to go back!!"

There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."
