「We found the staff (especially Gabriel-she was soooo friendly and helped plan out our days and told us about the fireworks, James at breakfast- he knew we loved your pear juice, Angel our waitress at dinner was delightful, energetic and so attentive and informed about wines as was the patient and wonderful bartender, Veronica (sorry if I misspelled her name), the young/tall waiter who serves with his hand behind his back was so sweet and professional, Alexander was informative at check-in.” ...

「It was very nice. Felt very safe. Staff was excellent and very friendly. The only thing was that they are pet friendly but you can only have one pet per/room and we weren’t informed of that. Fortunately they made an exception for us, we have two small, quiet dogs. Also, they charge $100 for their pet fee. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and stayed in, at least, a dozen differs hotels and the most we paid is $25.」
