「Yes, your front desk staff are very excellent and curtious. Your weekend staff are very lazy and don't take out the trash or change the bedding when I asked them to change it. I think the cleaning lady that asked what needs to be done in my room is very negligent or lazy. The week day cleaning staff are perfect and very detailed. Best regards Cameron Williams 」
