"We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland, because we don’t care about walking to the park and the price was way better than Anaheim hotels. It was a 12 minute drive right down the 5 and super convenient. We parked in the Toy Story parking lot and still made it to rope drop! Bathrooms were updated, and we had all the space we needed for just my husband and me. We are people that need a good bed and these beds were just okay. Not terrible but not great either. That being said - I would still definitely stay here again! "

"Air conditioner was not working the whole 6 days that we were there. Door feom the bedroom to the front did not work the whole time we were there. Breakfast never changed. When these issues were brought up to the front desk nothing was done. There we never any towels in the pool when we would go to the pool. "

"The room was clean but dated. The font desk staff was ok; they answered questions but did not go out of their way to be helpful. The engineer who helped fix our broken faucet was a very sweet man. The bar/deck was great and the staff there was very nice. Mostly I would say the location was great but the property was run down and in need of some love. "

"There was ants and fleas in our room and bed. Couldn't sleep all night be booked two nights we canceled the second night. The ocean is not close You have to walk down more than 100 steps. We couldn't go because knee problem."

"We had a Terrible roach problem and their attempt to help is to have a guy come in our room and wipe the roach off the wall and spray Toxic chemicals on the walls when we were tired and had to sleep with the patio door open so we could breathe!!! No accountability and I NEVER got my discount! But the breakfast lady was Pleasant and the highlight of our stay!"
