「地點方便，客房很乾淨，服務友善，尤其是早餐非常棒！」

「Super」

「No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite...

「客房乾淨整潔，櫃檯人員和藹親切」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. There is an elevator that takes you directly down to the train platforms, making it extremely convenient, especially when traveling with luggage or taking the train to the airport. The room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well every night. Everything was neat and organized, making our stay even more...

「Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! 」

「Loved how quiet and peaceful it is. Could use more options for hanging towels and robes in the bathroom.」

「Not impressed with this very over priced hotel. The room was tiny, barely enough space to open up my suitcase. The light wall socket was loose exposing live wires. The shampoo I’m convinced had been watered down. Not worth the money.」

「員工很親切 酒店位置亦近旅遊地標 壁畫的北歐風很有格調 可惜房內沒有熱水壺提供」

「房間很大」

「Hotel Hans is a well-located excellent hotel, in easy walking distance to the Forum Metro station which has a line going directly to the airport. It was also ina great base for exploring several areas of Copenhagen. The 24 hour staff were incredibly helpful, kind and thoughtful. During our stay, they patiently, and successfully, guided us through a couple of challenges. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of healthy choices and great variety. I especially loved having espresso-based coffee...

「The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the...
