「- no staff in the reception and lobby at all, but it is not an auto self-service hotel - did not receive any e-mails about how to do the self-check in and the password to enter the building - has a restaurant but no staff to cook - bed linen was dirty, stick with hairs and not comfortable - location is not good, very few restaurants and no supermarkets/convenient stores nearby」

「Amazing value very well presented accom in central reykjavik. Highly recommended and seriously one of the nicest places I stayed in reykjavik or even Iceland. I had direct street entry and electronic door code which made checkin super fast and simple. I had a couple of things popup during my stay and the staff were extremely responsive and very fast, including a last minute change to my travel plans. The location is perfect to get to everything you need (and 250m from one of the big tourist...
