「This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back 」

「Really good stay. Had an issue with the bathroom plug and was able to speak to someone straight away. Very hot in the apartment, especially the bathroom. Another fan or two would have been great. Only issue was in the parking area, very tight to get out the space when all spaces were being used. Walkable to everywhere if interest. Would recommend and stay again. 」

「The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. In the early morning still few ants appears from time to time, they...

「住宿很好，很乾淨，需要物品一應俱全，而且在市中心很方便，也有煮食用具可煮食。因我們沒有太多行李，所以上樓梯也很方便，樓梯會經過牙醫診所地下與一樓的房子，沿著樓梯上去需經過它們才上到頂層，是很特別的體驗，整體住得很開心，窗外風景很好，睡房也看到教堂，花灑水壓與溫度也很好，晚上洗澡很舒服！特別推薦所有人也預約，但樓底不算太高，個子太高的要注意！」

Had to go back and forth on email for their customer service to help. My husband and I ended up having to move a sofa to get behind and turn on the modem.??? The company who manages the apartment must be cutting costs because we froze. We could not adjust the thermostat and my husband and I wore socks to bed and I wore my parka to get to sleep ??? 「Fantastic little apartment in a brilliant location. Apartment had everything you needed and more for a weekend away. We had apartment 5 right at the very top, so no noise. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉」

「This was a very nice one bedroom flat that had everything we needed for our stay. Our flat was on the top floor and with heavy luggage it was a bit of a challenge but overall we enjoyed out stay very much and would recommend it to others that want to explore York.」

「Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. 」
