"This is a basic hotel with the main advantage being very convenient to Copenhagen Airport- one train stop away and then a short walk to the hotel. Cheap by Copenhagen standards, simple breakfast (extra charge but not that much). And when you want to go to downtown Copenhagen, the it's only 2 stops by train. Stayed there multiple times. Clean but again, basic place to stay."

"The hotel will send you an email telling you to do an online check in. Don't do it! At the end of the check in process, they ask for payment. I assumed it was for the mentioned fees/taxes. They charged me for the room again! When we got to the property, we were told this happens all of the time for reservations already paid through booking site. I will say they were extremely responsive. We had our refund in the bank in less than 24 hours. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean and well appointed. It is Copenhagen prices, but when in Rome..."
