"Perfect place for a short stay."

"There was no tea or coffee in the room and the room was extremely small. No restaurant and the snack were limited. not going to book again "

"The hotel building itself was gorgeous. The rooms were beautiful, the shared spaces were thoughtful and full of fun amenities. We loved having a dishwasher, fridge and access to laundry. The bed was super comfortable and the location was super convenient. The staff, however, were awful. Unfriendly, aloof, and even rude on most occasions. Examples: when we were checking in, the hotel staff were standing far from the desk but noticed us and made eye contact. They decided to finish a long conversation before finally coming over and asking us what we needed, as if *we* were the ones being rude. A few times we tried to get a seat at the hotel restaurant for dinner. We were simply told no, it was full (at 4pm on?? All 3 nights we asked?) and not offered to be put on a list or ; at a minimum, a seat for the next available on a different day?? We felt like if we were spending $1200USD for a week's stay here, it *should* be possible to eat at the restaurant. Once. During our stay. Every interaction we had made us feel like we were the most incompetent idiot ever and we have traveled to 43 (forty three!) other countries around the world and have never been treated this way. It was such a shame for the amount of money we spent and how far we came to enjoy our holiday."

"Striking architecture and pleasant decor with a number of good to excellent restaurants in the hotel to choose from, as well as nearby restaurants. Staff were all lovely and helpful. I was upgraded to a junior suite, which was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, a coffee maker and the usual amenities. I heard from colleagues the regular rooms felt small but did not experience this myself. The gym is also reasonably well outfitted with aerobic equipment, though weights are limited to single hand type and a wall installation with adjustable tension bands that work well but for limited muscle groups. My sty was completely enjoyable. Aldo about 10 minutes from the asirport."

"VERY convenient for a layover! Short walk from the international terminal. The hotel lobby had a very chic look, the room was comfortable (the bathtub was great! I am tall and it was long enough that i could stretch out. Most tubs I have to scrunch up in order to soak my shoulders) & the staff was VERY helpful & friendly. I would DEFINITELY stay here again when passing through Copenhagen!"
