There were many business people in the hotel and I felt that there should be a better policy on business meetings taking place in public bars particularly when headphones are not used and conversations are loud. Surely this is what the business centre is available for?"

The room (4bed female )had sufficient space although the bottom bunks in particular would benefit having curtains for personal comfort as the overhead bunk lights of the opposite bunk are uncomfortably bright. Overall, fantastic facilities are available and lovely friendly bar/social areas. We didn’t eat."

"The location and staff were excellent. However, the room was not properly cleaned. The carpet had two large sticky spots, which appeared to be from drinks spilled by previous guests. I reported this to the reception, and they offered to move us to another room. However, we had already unpacked our luggage, so we decided to stay. The air conditioning was also very poor and barely worked. The room felt hot and uncomfortable, and as a result, we did not sleep well."
