The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the surroundings, making guests feel welcome. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The room and bathroom are spotless, regularly cleaned, and well-maintained. However, the carpet retains a very old, musty smell that could benefit from airing or replacement.」

「The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back...

「Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.」

「Room 1007 The room was as expected. I love the 1st floor room with sand just outside my door!! The wall, in the shower needs repaired. I had to take the bedspread OFF. It smelled badly. Please wash them more regularly! Room was clean! Fridge froze my drinks lol You should update cable tvs to streaming services. Stay was a much needed rest! Thank you Castle in the Sand!!」

「The hotel is within a great location accessible to many of Ocean City’s attractions. The room we stayed in was perfect offering all the comforts of home. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. Breakfast at the Hotel restaurant was a great convenience which we enjoyed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!」
