"Apartment lovely with beautiful views, however when booked it stated there was a cafe and patisserie and bar on site, all these were closed as it was seasonal. This was not made clear. There were no staff on site, any issues had to be dealt with via email. The rental company for the apartment were very good. They had provided essential amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was appreciated. The main issue we had that we booked expecting there to be places that we could purchase food."

"This property is in a location that has ski bus nearby so it is convenient. I don't know if everyone else realizes that the guest needs to clean up the place themselves and get it ready for the next guest. Thought there would be a final clean by the cleaning lady but clearly not. or you can pay for it. Just a reminder in case you don't know this already. The overall communication and follow up is ok. "
