「Complete absence of service or hospitality. I will be asking for a refund.
Service? Nope
Front desk open 3-7pm. 24 hours, 3 different contacts…? Nope. I called no less than 15 times to each of the 3 proffered contact numbers when locked out of my room- no answer or call rejected.
One of the numbers- on the official property literature and signs outside reception- actually said to me: “ I have nothing to do with this hotel. I have no idea why my number is there!”
After an hour of standing out...

「We had a fantastic stay at Casa Pazos in Arbo, Pontevedra. The owners, Jay and Leanna, are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment.
