「A new hotel is always a good thing. The view from our room was fantastic. It was very quiet and that is always a good thing. If I were to make suggestions to visitors: Inquire how to raise and lower the blinds in rooms with the automatic raise and lower buttons. If there are two of you, request an additional set of shower soap, shampoo, etc. If I were to make suggestions to Highpoint: Improve bathroom lighting.」

「If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.」

「I was in from IL, it was a last min emergency and needed somewhere to stay close to the hospital (11 mins away) and right by the airport! Check-in was fast and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated. They also had microwave and a fridge n freezer in the room. The Waterpark was small and perfect for my 2 yr old grandson. 「This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The rooms are outdated and the bathrooms are institutional looking and lack standard amenities. I won't be back.」

「The pool was great for the kids. Our bathtub was not cleaned and the water wouldn’t drain well which was gross. Check out was 11am but we had room service knocking at 8:45am. After I finally went to the door to tell them we were still sleeping (I had young children with me), they woke up from the cleaning lady knocking on all the other doors.」

「It was a great stay for a short night passing through. Building was visibly undergoing refurbishment but it had looked like it was under construction for a while. The room had a bit of a smell but nothing dirty or unsanitary, just old smelling but we got over it pretty quickly. Bed was super comfortable and loved the sheets. Would stay here again」
