Nice, clean room. Fun water park for the grandkids. Good breakfast buffet. It is a very large, sprawling facility so better hallway signage would be good. Staff was okay but not top notch in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. We would stay here again.

Property was very nice, well kept and modern. Breakfast had great choices and tasted good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was great, clean, fun, non-skid floors. Could use better signage as the property is very large and a little confusing. Also would be helpful to have tools in the pool area. You had to go to the front desk to get them and as I said, the property is large and confusing so it was very inconvenient to do that.

Great hotel for the price! My daughter enjoyed spending time at the indoor water park while I relaxed in the hot tub just feet away. Being able to eat at the hotel restaurant after a long drive was perfect! No need to check in and go back out to search for dinner. Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

A 7 story building with only one semi-working elevator is criminal. The second elevator was broken the last time we stayed here over a year ago and is still out of order. My kids love coming here for the pool but I will be calling the property to see if the elevators are working before we book our next stay.
