The owner was very responsive. The quality of the apartment was very high-end. It was an easy walk (6 minutes) to the beach with four different restaurant options. Beautiful sunsets! The place is positioned so that you feel like you’re in a very private space even though you are surrounded by other buildings. We would highly recommend this facility for those looking for a private apartment and all the amenities of a resort.

Even before arrival, we were greatful we decided on Xanadu. We missed our flight on Friday, so we were unable to get to Curacao until Saturday. I called to explain the situation and, even though I woke up the owner Ravi, he was polite and helpful in getting my reservation fixed. Once we arrived, we were greeted at the pool bar with a welcoming smile and a glass of wine. Ravi went over the rules for the property and showed us how everything worked in our room. The room was much nicer than expected. Ravi said he had no experience in hospitality before opening Xanandu, he did well on his first try. The rooms are nicely laid out and not cheaply done. Everything works as expected. Parking was easy. With no kids over the age of 8, makes for a quiet, pleasant, adult stay. If you're coming to Curacao, I highly recommend Xanadu.

We are a senior couple visiting Curacao for the first time. Xanadu room is a one bedroom with kitchen and a dining patio. Bedroom and living room have separate and quiet AC units. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher.

We had a very pleasant stay at Xanadu. The property is beautiful with a nice pool. Very new, well furnished. Ravi is an excellent host and very easy to contact for any question or request. On arrival you receive a pass for entrance of the property as it is a gated community and for beach access. The beach is within walking distance and also very beautiful, calm waters. We’d love to go back and would stay ar Ravi’s place again!

Ravi and Carlos were incredible hosts! This modern, spotless apartment provided the perfect home base for our Curacao adventure. The location was unbeatable, with a grocery store, golf course, and stunning beach all within easy reach. Ravi's recommendations for local sights and dining were top-notch. While the beach at Blue Bay was fantastic and easily walkable, we recommend renting a car to explore the entire island. The comfortable bed ensured we slept soundly each night. We had a fantastic stay at Xanadu. Ravi, the owner is a wonderful host, very friendly and he made sure everything during our stay went smoothly. On our last night Ravi invited all the Xanadu guests for Happy Hours to get to know each others. It was a fun night. Very clean and modern apartment with comfortable bed. Beach towels were provided and the beach is beautiful. Great snorkeling. The whole team an Xanadu is friendly and very helpful. When visiting Curacao again, we will definitely book here again.

Great and complete accomodation

We had a great time at Xanadu and the place totally met our expectations and needs. Room is comfortable, very good bed and shower, air conditioner, full kitchen, Coffee machine. Ravi is a great person also that gave us very good tips. You will have bath and beach towels, cleaning was done only after checkout as we stayed for 4 nights. Condo has a very good location, you will need car, there is a supermarket 5min driving. Closest beach is ok but you can drive to central and north beachs easier from there.

Truely wonderful property and management. Incredibly clean and new. I have never stayed somewhere clearer in my extensive traveling. The host, Ravi, was great and provided terrific food options. We ate at superb restaurants every day and I wouldn’t have found them on my own! We hope to come back and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We split our trip between Xanadu and lions dive beach resort. I would only stay here again if we get back to Curacao. Thanks Ravi for all the wonderful recommendations and being an exemplary host! Staying here allowed us to have many memorable experiences.

My stay at Xanadu was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed. A full kitchen with plates, pans, cups, paper towel, utensils etc included. We stood only 3 nights and weren’t able to do every single thing we wanted but Ravi recommended great places to visit such as the Don food truck. The food was amazing and not expensive at all. He also recommended Eric’s atvs which was located by mambo beach. We were able to book an atv ride the day of located along the east side of the island and also was able to explore mambo beach right after. During our stay my boyfriend lost his passport. The laundry guy found it on the property and returned it in the morning. We did panick which caused the vacation to become stressful but Ravi was very helpful during that stressful time. He sent all the information we would need just in case we needed to go to the embassy and was also very good with communication via WhatsApp. We are very thankful that the people in the community were nice enough to return his passport, this made us feel even more safe to come back. The property is very nice, clean, super quiet and only about 20 minutes away from mostly everything. Carrefour market is about a 10 minute drive away which is also located in a mall with shopping stores. We visit there a lot to purchase drinks and snacks. We also cooked our breakfast in the mornings. Thank you Ravi and Carlos for your great recommendations and hospitality. I will hopefully be back for a longer stay next time.

An excellent accommodation: apartment was clean and spacious, the property is beautiful and well maintained, the hosts (Ravi and his son Sancho) are amazing. The beach with the free access is one of the most beautiful ones on the island, can do great snorkeling (not allowed to bring ur own drinks though). Overall an excellent stay, will return!
