「I liked that there was a restaurant on site. I didnt like that the pool was supposed to be heated and it was not . I even called the day before arrival to see if it was going to be up and running.」

「While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

「The staff were always cheerful and obliging. And once the latest version of the next door restaurant is open, I’m sure the breakfast will be better overall. Trying to eat if there are a lot of people in the pool (this happened on one day), is unpleasant. Also, it’s unfortunate that room housekeeping service is no longer daily. I believe some other hotels have also switched to non-daily room service. But it means having to ask for supplies at the front desk, trash cans overflowing (where do...

「I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay.」

「Elevator didn’t work well. Property cleanliness in question. Sketchy clientele. Very old, uncomfortable beds. We tried to go cheap and it backfired. You do get what you pay for so I guess as a silver lining the room was at the correct price point. 」
