Four out of the nine days that we stayed there we had to call several times to get service even after we had been out of the rooms all day and the service light had been on."

"Staff are friendly and proactively offering to assist while they greet you. There were only bath tub and fixed shower head (without any handheld ones). The rooms have high ceiling, which makes you feel spacious. TV channels were very limited, couldn’t find CNN, BBC, etc. The buffet breakfast restaurant was also spacious, choices of food were quite basic."
