This is a brand new property in walking distance to Orchard Rd and the Ion. It is stunning and the pool area is amazing. I don’t think it would have been half as cool without a balcony overlooking the pool area. The rooms are very small with no drawer space at all. There is no gift shop or place to just grab a soda or granola bar.

Spanking New, but very average for the price
Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting. Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe. Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks. Overall stay is OK.

Beautiful hotel but staff letdown
Last minute staycation for our wedding anniversary with our kids and we booked a suite. Suite was amazing. Room is very nice but service from staff is lacklustre. They won’t call you when your food delivery arrives. They don’t engage with us. Even at the club lounge staff hardly engaged in eye contact and just walked away before we could ask for anything.

Very good experience but...
The hotel is very new and beautiful. The check in and check out was smooth. The service was good too. Is there room for improvement!? Yes: - the light a the mirror was flickering. - the minibar is noisy (what's wrong with miibars? Am I the only one?) - the vanity set did not include a comb (and I use them at hotels) - i found it difficult to make the room dark. The coirtain had always a gap a the corner of the room.

Look out for shower temperature
On the whole we enjoyed our stay; there were just 2 little glitches: 1. When we opened the mini fridge, an opened and partially eaten protein bar (part of the minibar supplies) fell out. It was obviously left by the previous guest and was undiscovered by housekeeping. 2.The shower temperature was erratic, becoming hotter or colder as the water flowed which was a bit jarring. Pillows were a bit too soft, would have preferred firmer pillows or a pillow menu to choose from. Thank you for arranging the birthday cake as requested!

We loved the design- gorgeous. And the views from our 23rd floor loft room. Front desk staff were excellent too. What we didn’t like was the huge cockroach in our balcony. Nor the odd blind controls. But overall, a very pleasant staycation.

Amazing hotel, everything is brand new and architect is phenomenal. Located I n the center of Singapore, very convenient. The only thing that made our stay a little less comfortable is the temperature of our shower water is very unstable, it gets too hot and then cold again, we stayed 9 days so it wasn't really pleasant. And our room was on the small side. But otherwise it was very good.
