「AVOID AT ALL COST! Don't let the reviews fool you. I booked a family room for 5 nights. When we arrived, the hotel lobby was still ok. Check in was smooth. However, after being given my room, everything went downhill. After getting out of the lift at level 3, the first thing that caught my attention was the dirty carpet. We had to walk quite a distance to our room and throughout the corridor that we walked, all we could see was the stained carpet. When we first entered the room, we were greeted...

「We came 2 hours earlier than check in time, hotel staff went out of their way finding rooms for us. We were given rooms with balcony and a beautiful view at a high floor. Great service. 」

「The location was perfect for my needs. But the two rooms I’ve stayed in over three visits were poorly kept up. Holes in the wall and torn up furniture. Hot water heater did not work or did not work properly. The place outside the room was filthy with trash all over the property. The one staff was great but he had virtually no help. On the bright side the breakfast was delivered to my room and was excellent!」
