「Positive Points: The food was excellent. The restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The property is very nice, clean, well-maintained, and generally a pleasant place to stay. Negative Points: Unfortunately, the housekeeping and reception staff were not at the same level as the restaurant team. The room was handed over without towels. I called the reception three times, but my requests were not taken seriously. Eventually, I had to go to the reception myself, and I only...

「Very Disappointing Experience – Far Below 5-Star Standards The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing, as staff appeared to prioritize guests who were more likely to offer tips. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide a 5-star all-inclusive experience. Gave used holed The hotel is significantly overpriced, especially considering that it is not a beachfront property. Not worth paying more than $150 per night for an all-inclusive room. One of the most frustrating aspects...

「It was a memorable stay. We were upgraded to a room with a jaccuzzi and it was a really nice and thoughtful touch. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. The food was good at the buffet and the Mediterranean restaurant, and the fruit bar and mango juice were simply outstanding. The snorkeling was amazing, the best I ve ever had. The proximity to Soho square is also a notable plus. The negative points are the smell of the room which was very musty and humid. Also, the air conditioner was...
