「Really cute hotel, beds comfy, great location! The room was clean, but had musty smell, easily fixed by using fans i room and opening windows for about an hour. We stayed in the cottage with separate bedroom, kitchenette. Pool was nice, floaties and pool toys. Morning coffee in lobby was really good. Definitely excellent value for the money.」

「Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

「The 1st room itself was clean, the second room we got had dingy linens, dirty bathtub, the floors in the whole hotel were dirty. The gym had no water, one treadmill, bike and elliptical. Breakfasts coffee was horrible, food was not great. Don’t recommend. The whole area is sketchy.」

「Very nice but a little too small for two adults and two teens , the location is a big plus. It is located right next to a restaurant and a lot of other cool places. The lady who helped us was super nice and very attentive. Overall we enjoyed staying there. Is a great place for families with small children」

「The property welcomed pets and the owner even came by and greeted our fur baby. Gated property made us feel safe in our little cabin. We stayed in cabin 17 and will be back again and again in the future. 」
