「I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. 「The breakfast was a continental breakfast. There is a wide range of choices. Yogurts, muffins, cereal, and various other snacks. There was Starbucks coffee, The Asheville Tea Company teas, fruit juices, a bottle water. There is no front desk up you receive a text with instructions on how to get in. The house it self is beautiful. Our bedroom had a queen size bed which was very comfortable and full size bath room. It is a very relaxing place to stay.」

「This is the perfect hotel for traveling with your pet. The area is walkable and safe. There is also a nice pet relief area right outside the front entrance. There were other pets there and you would never know that they are there. It’s a very quiet and clean hotel. 」
