Excellent place

Amazing place, location is quiet but is fine. Nice customers service. The breakfast is the best and the lady that is in charge she is awesome, she is very friendly and inviting they bake fresh cookies and gives that to customers and when you leave there is thank you bag. They know how to receive a guest.

The staff at the hotel was outstanding and very pleasant. They made up for the other distractions The room was dated with holes in the wall and there was one morning we had to take cold showers. The walls were thin and the noise from the other room was normal but excessive for our room. It was clean inside but trash in the parking lot.

Good stay, good breakfast - clean - it was under construction but that didn’t bother us at all. Toilet clogged up so had to call for a plunger. Luckily they had one. Sink was really slow to drain, and the top fell off when tried to move it. Minor inconvenience - good stay overall.

Great stay but a few issues

The young man (I think his name was Darius - I’m bad with names) who checked us in was fantastic. Very pleasant, extremely kind. Everyone I came in contact with during our stay was great. There was a problem with our first room but Darius resolved it quickly. The room we moved into was fine, but the sink faucet was not working, the water came out in all directions instead of a steady stream. Also there was a crack in the shower wall but it didn’t impede anyone from taking a shower. I did not inform the front desk staff bc it was not a big deal. Breakfast was really good. A little more attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the hotel. Also one of the outside doors did not open with the room key but there was a visible gap in the door that could be broken into if someone wanted in bad enough.

Floors were terrible. Bathroom had cracks in wall, tv was old, had two lines going vertically in tv screen. Mattress was not comfortable. Noisy outside in parking lot in middle of night, next door occupants played tv until after midnight too loud
