「It was an extremely pleasant stay with very helpful and attentive personnel. The large room with sauna was really amazing and also the small terrace with a view to the mountains. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and all together the facilities are great. The breakfast was excellent and also the dinner option is very recommendable. Also worth to mention is the free parking at the hotel. The location is great for exploring the area. The area around the hotel is very quiet and maybe also...

「Accoglienza meravigliosa, la persona ti fa sentire accolta senza fretta per entrare nel relax della zona. Ciha dato diverse dritte su cosa fare, ci ha prenotato il ristorante per la sera. Posto relax, sicuramnete da tornare in estate per chi ama le passeggiate, e comunque a 15 min dalla città di Merano」

「Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das einzig negative war, dass das Zimmer etwas hellhörig und die Straße sehr stark befahren war.」

「Froh wäre man, wenn einem der Code vorab mitgeteilt werden würde, damit man überhaupt ins Dorf und später zum Hotel kommt. Kein Frühstückstisch vorbereitet und für uns reserviert. Barbetrieb war die ersten 2 Tage nicht aktiv.in den nächsten Tagen kam Beat, der uns hervorragende Drinks zubereitete. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns das Personal, das immer und überall im Weg stand und sich ebenfalls an der Bar aufhielt. Es gab aber auch einzelne Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr bemühten und ihren Job...

「Positive la ristorazione e lo staff. Camera grande con terrazza con vista montagne circostanti. Bar gradevole con musica live dopo cena. Comoda posizione soprattutto per chi vuole fare camminate ed escursioni ed anche per prendere seggiovia. Da migliorere servizio piscina (acqua fredda, teli insufficienti per gli ospiti a prescindere dall'orario e mancanza di controllo rispetto delle regole).」
