Don’t stay here - nothing is good

Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here

Senales fjällvärld

Fantastiskt fjällhotell med bekvämligheter utöver det normala. Väl städat hotell - vi bodde i den äldre Cristal-delen. Frukost och middag serverades på buffé med riklighet och fräschör. Fantastiskt personal i restaurangen, inga bekymmer med språk, här pratas i första hand Italienska, men även tyska och engelska.

Ein gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis in traumhafter Lage. Das Hotel ist aus den 1970er Jahren und halt dementsprechend (inkl. alter Auslegware im Zimmer), das etwas renoviert. Aber dementsprechend preislich gut und die Halbpension mit Buffet absolut okay 👍!

Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio ragazzo per 3 notti e devo dire che a malincuore siamo andati via. È stato tutto perfetto, dal personale, al paesaggio intorno, colazione e cena veramente molto buone. Abbiamo usufruito anche della spa che è stata rigenerante dopo le escursioni fatte in zona. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Die Zimmer im Bereich Cristal sind, wie der gesamte Komplex, in die Jahre gekommen, aber in guten Zustand. Einzig die Bäder wurden renoviert. Alles ist extrem hellhörig, so dass man problemlos das Gespräch der Nachbarn mithören kann, wenn diese sich ganz normal unterhalten. Ab ca. 7 Uhr ist daher die Nacht vorbei, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Das Schwimmbad (für das man zwingend eine Badekappe benötigt) und der Spa-Bereich sind empfehlenswert. Ganz anders die Verpflegung. Diese ist der Hauptgrund, warum wir kein zweites Mal in diese Unterkunft fahren werden. Weder Frühstück noch Abendessen sind genießbar. Wenn man auf die Halbpension verzichtet, kann man es in dem Hotel aushalten.

Hårda sängar och en lite hård kudde. Gammalt och skabbigt rum men toaletten var fin. Direkt när vi klev in i rummet luktade illa och det slog dörren när någon annan stängde sitt rum och det var väldigt lyhört. God buffé var det.

Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Ständig ist man durch laut zufallende Türen wach geworden. Die Qualität des Essens beim Frühstück und Abendbrot entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Das warme Essen abends war überwiegend kalt. Um 07:40 Uhr war beim Frühstück die Butter leer. Als Ausweichmöglichkeit wurde einem Schmelzkäse angeboten. Ein Superior Zimmer hat sich bei uns nicht gelohnt, da war schlussendlich auf eine hässliche Hauswand geguckt haben.

Nel complesso la struttura è una valida soluzione per chi si stanca durante la giornata, per esempio noi escursionisti,( soggiorno estivo). Camere spaziose e pulite. La spa è un comodo e utile servizio , colazione e cena con ampia scelta a buffet. La sera il cantante è l'unico intrattenimento. Fuori dall'hotel si può ammirare il cielo stellato lontano dall'inquinamento luminoso di città.

Das Hotel ist kompett renovierungsbedürftig. Die Räumlichkeiten erinnern mehr an eine Jugendherberge als an ein Hotel. Die Sterne sind auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt. Die Garagen sind für heutige Fahrzeuge viel zu klein. Das Essen ist Kantinenmässig. Die Zimmer ungepflegt, Farbe plättert ab Türen lassen sich nicht schliessen, Fensterlaufen an. Die Aufzüge sind nicht vertrauenswürdig. Personal spricht überhaupt kein Deutsch. Nie mals ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Godt til prisen.

Godt hotel til prisen. Det er lidt slidt, men der er det der skal være og pænt og rent. God buffet morgen og aften, hvor også børnene kunne blive mætte. Dejlig stor pool. Rigtig god beliggenhed for vandreture. Tæt på lift til Ötzi peak der er et besøg værd.

Hotel Cristal Val Senales

Hotel odpovídající třem hvězdičkám, velmi vstřícný personál, výborné jídlo na snídani a i večeři v neomezeném množství. Hotel je velmi rozsáhlý, zpočátku je pro návštěvníka bludištěm, doporučil bych lépe značit cestu k číslovaným pokojům. Na hotelu velmi teplo, čisto.

Das Abendessen am Bufett war nur lauwarm Geschmack war man konnte es Essen, Frühstück war OK, Fernseh auf Zimmer war unmöglich , das Kabel wurde wohl bei Straßenarbeiten vorm Hotel getrennt wurden, Der Spa bereich und Schwimmbad konnten nur zu bestimmten Zeiten besucht werden und war auch nur bis 19.30 offen !! Ich hatte mehr erwartet von so einem Haus in der Klasse!!

Per chi ama camminare e rilassarsi

Camere un po’ datate, colazione e cena a buffet varia e abbondante. Utilizzo della piscina praticamente impossibile causa restrizioni COVID. Buona la SPA e Wellness. Ideale per chi vuole fare sentieri di montagna e riposare. Poco da vedere in loco, necessario usare l’auto per visitare i dintorni.

Schöne Schi - Ferien

Supper Lage, 3 bis 4 min am Schilift. Alle sehr freundlich komme wieder. Prima grosser Pool, Sauner sehr schön mit feinem Wirpool. Empfelenswert
