「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「We arrived in town much earlier than we planned, on July 4th. Our room was booked July 4th-7th. Ana at the front desk, allowed us to check in early, 6 hours before the normal 3pm check in, which helped us out tremendously. Our room was nice and cool upon arrival, super clean, stocked. Customer service was great with everyone we encountered, morning and night. We used the pool every day during our stay, it was always clean, inside and around the poolside. Breakfast was great.
