"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "Nice location, great rooms and facilities"

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
