「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Excellent place to stop on a road trip! Everything was clean and orderly. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had absolutely no hallway noise or other interruptions to our rest. It's in Indio, so the air conditioning is absolutely crucial. Every where except the elevator was comfortably cool. We will definitely come back here again.」
