"This property needs a lot of help. They need more signs to direct people where things are in the hotel. It took us forever just to find our room. They definitely need more lighting in the garage. And the front desk could be a little more attentive and and friendly. We liked our room, but it took forever just to get the TV to come on in for someone to come up and make it work. We really appreciated the shuttle service to Main Street in Park city. The driver was very friendly and very helpful. "

The ONLY thing that sucked was on our floor (6th) someone must have thrown away a dirty diaper out by the elevators and it stunk for the last 24 hrs of our stay every time wewfr our room. That was not fun. For someone to do that is horrible but also for no staff to smell it and figure it out and take care of it was weird."

"I had a very satisfying stay at The Cliff Lodge at Snowbird. The complimentary shuttle to Alta was a great convenience, and the on-site facilities—including the restaurant, café, ski lockers, and ski services—were all excellent. The ski-in/ski-out access was especially convenient and enhanced the overall experience. The only minor drawback was that the café closed a bit earlier than expected."
