「It’s a shame these big corporations don’t pay any attention to things like the room floor carpets. The mildew smell was very strong from the moment you open the door, unbereable. Front desk only offered changing room which was even worst with the smell.Dusty room lamps, worn out bedsheets. Everything used and abused!. Do not recommend!」

「The initial room we were assigned had dirty sheets but we were reassigned another room quickly. We only used the hotel for sleeping purposes however the shady happenings surrounding the hotel were less than appeasing. There were people coming in and out of a window on the first floor, unsure if they were paying guests. Hotels guests sitting in cars or lawn chairs in the parking lot. Most times made it a little uncomfortable walking out at night.」

「If you are looking for just a bed and shower this is your place. My husband and I live an hour away but we were in town for the Megan Woods concert and we didn't want to drive home afterwards. Unknowingly the hotel was a mile away from the school so that was a perk! I didn't want to pay out a lot of money for a fancy hotel when I have a beautiful house so we weren't looking for amenities. The shower didn't look like it was cleaned before I used it and when I walked across the carpet in my bare...

「We had a great stay here over July 4th 250 Celebration. Our room was on the second floor with a great view of the lake and as a bonus, we saw local fireworks right from our balcony! Took one star off as our room was not ready until 3:20 but we enjoyed walking the grounds while waiting. Note that there are no elevators so if you’ve got a lot of baggage, you may want to consider booking a first floor room. We didn’t mind as we needed some ‘steps’ after a 3+ hour drive.
