「The room & facilities were great. On the day we arrived there was no hot water. We couldn’t take showers for about 4-5 hours and ended up being late for our dinner reservations. When I checked out I informed the staff of hot water issue and was not provided either a partial refund or hotel gift card for a future visit. The hotel should have handled this no hot water issue on Sat night much better than they did.」

「A basic, but nicely kept, old style motel, and, for the extremely touristy and multi-hoteled Lake George area, very inexpensive. The room was small and basic, and not a particularly nice, room, but it’s served its purpose and if you’re just looking for a decent room in Lake George, this is fine. There are no amenities to speak of, other than a nice swimming pool. It’s on a road lined with hotels and motels, and a little over a mile walk into the village center, where everything is happening.」

「We had a wonderful stay at The Lodges at Cresthaven. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our lodge was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a nice kitchen, which made our stay easy and relaxing.
