「The place was spotless, well equipment and very comfortable. Location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My mum had difficulties to go all the way up the stairs to the second floor where our apartment was located and they changed us to the first floor as soon as they could.」

There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!」

「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「This hotel is in a very convenient location. I am a female traveler and I felt safe to walk alone, day and night. The staff is very helpful and responsive via email. They arranged for my pickup from the airport via private shuttle/water taxi and drop off was a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. There is an elevator, nice A/C, very clean and comfortable room. I will stay again.」

「The apartment is close to one of the ferry stops (St Angelo) which is convenient. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to restaurants and shops. There are NO ELEVATOR although it’s in the picture. The WiFi was so bad. Getting the keys was so inconvenient. We took the water boat to St Angelo, while the other person waited with the suitcase, I walked to the pick-up location and back. It takes 15min if you take the boat (single ride €9.50) to get across or 30min if you go...

「Great location.Very clean .enjoyed our stay in Venice…..One recomodation is that you keep windows closed at night as we had mosquitoes both nights…..Totally recommended staying there .」
