「Terrible. Based on the reviews we initially saw, it appeared our stay may have been an anomaly. The host had messaged us through Expedia requesting our arrival time. I responded and never heard back. We arrived shortly after 3pm. The host was no where to be found, did not answer the phone, and the bell at the front desk had no use.
