"Staff was fantastic. Non smoking room smelled smoky. Rom had a huge fan or compressor right outside the window and it ran all night. NOT ABLE TO SLEEP AT ALL. TERRIBLE SITUATION. Also not happy because we were led through ads, etc to believe this was a Best Western. Doesn't even come close to a Best Western. Just anothe smoky casino operation where they drag you through all the casino to get to registration, and drag you another way through the casino to get to elevators. Being in our 80's, disabled, this did not work for us. If you want a hotel with a casino in it, this is your place. If you want a quality Best Western Hotel, THIS IS NOT IT. Also hate this RESORT FEE business for items the normal traveler never uses. OK for a resort casino (THIS IS NO BLANKING RESORT), BUT NOT FOR A BEST WESTERN HOTEL."
