"I recently stayed at Boomtown Casino Hotel in Reno and was very disappointed with the experience. One of the main issues was that there was only one working elevator for the hotel guests, and it was limited to approximately six people at a time. This caused long waits and was extremely inconvenient, especially during busy hours.
Another major concern was housekeeping. Our room was not serviced daily, and we were not provided with fresh towels each day, which is something guests should be able to expect during their stay.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when we brought these concerns to their attention. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was lacking during our visit.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again unless major improvements are made."
