Poor sense of reception services.
I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. ...

Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security.

Estadia em SPA
Excelente opcao custo beneficio em atacama. Apartamento a 10 minutos a andar da rua caracoles, com mercados e restaurantes perto. Ponto a melhorar é que é dificil regular a temperatura da agua quente no chuveiro. Boa comunicacão.

Very nice hotel the only issue is the room needs to be upgraded. Wall paper coming off the wall, tv only had 1 working channel and the power cord was hanging out the socket which is not very safe. Kitchen floor was also sticky when we arrived so we had to go ask the receptionist on the 9th floor ...
