"The rooms are spacious, on-site parking, shuttle service to the airport and breakfast! Although there is construction going on and traffic is horrible, the proximity to the airport makes up for it. I decided to stay there because i had an early departure and we are from a small town near Guadalajara but with all the traffic we would've had to leave at around 2 a.m. Instead we enjoyed Guadalajara the entire day and checked in around 8 p.m. My parents checked in with me, they provided parking and my parents didn't have to worry about taking me to the airport. They went back to sleep and enjoyed breakfast at 8 a.m. I recommend staying here if you're from the towns outside of Guadalajara. "

"Muy familiar, limpios, se esmeran en recepción, el único detalle es... el restaurante, los meseros deficientes, no atienden, ni siquiera haay servilletas en la mesas. muy buena la comida y las personas que atienden el bufette son muy amables. capaciten a los meseros "

"Well , besides having to change rooms at midnight , my room key disprogramming 3 times , forgetting to clean our room ..... just great ! Cleaning and restaurant staff very good , administrative staff no so much . "
